Check what is available before you start

Select GATE in the public test library to see the current selection. Availability depends on the papers published by TestPaper; a preparation option does not mean that a complete GATE series is already available. Each published paper displays its duration and question count, with full marking instructions available after sign-in.

Give concepts and calculations their own time

Choose a manageable topic, revise its definitions and standard examples, and solve a few questions without a timer. Then use timed practice to check your pace. For numerical answers, check the requested precision and the accepted format in the paper instructions. Review unsuccessful approaches as carefully as correct solutions.

Keep a record you can revisit

Choose GATE as one of your exam preferences at signup or in your account. Your workspace keeps saved attempts and completed results together. Use a revision notebook alongside that history to record the concept, the error and the next practice task. Consult the official examination website for the current syllabus, dates and eligibility.
